Your confirmation email holds your order number and a link to its status.

The Orders section shows the live status of every order you have placed.

Follow the courier link
Once your parcel ships, we send a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Where is my order
Most updates appear within a few hours of a status change. If your tracking has not moved for a couple of days, it is usually with the courier and still on its way.
